learning english

i want to learn English very well. please check my written because my student always complain about my accent. i think if listener and speaker understand each other it will be alright but ok. they just teenager. actually i'm so appreciate and happy when my students complain at me. but if their behavior is impolite i really angry to them. they are so arrogant and look at me down. my beloved reader please help me. what should i do to improve my english because i still struggling in english.. but i never give up i will try and try and give my best. and never shy to speak english in my environment. so i can improve my english well
